Pianist · New York
A classical pianist drawn to music that feels like a quiet room — where attention itself becomes the instrument.
01 — About

I am a pianist working between New York and the wider world. My attention turns most often to the long classical and romantic traditions — Bach, Schubert, Schumann, Debussy — and to the small architectures of attention they ask of us.
The rooms I love most are quiet ones. Old teahouses, Vermeer's parlors, a Noguchi gallery at dusk. I try to play in a way that belongs to rooms like those: warm, unhurried, made of breath as much as sound.
Alongside performing, I write at Room 142 — short essays about music, attention, and the rooms we keep.
